Professional and community background
ARCA founder and community organizer. Kevin holds a bachelor's degree in interactive arts from Simon Fraser University and has operated a residential and commercial renovation company for more than a decade, giving him first-hand knowledge of municipal approvals and the challenges facing small businesses. He helped unite Chinese communities across backgrounds to stop a proposed supervised consumption site—one of the largest resident-led actions in Richmond's history. His vision is to keep Richmond safe, strong and truly responsive to residents.
