A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) who has lived in Richmond for more than 30 years, Sam has served as a finance executive, corporate director and chair of a public company audit committee. He brings experience in complex decision-making and safeguarding taxpayer funds. He currently serves as a director and finance committee chair at the Richmond Centre for Disability, advocating for accessibility and inclusion. He hopes to protect Richmond's future with integrity, accountability and long-term vision.
